Arribatec Cloud completes strategic reorganisation to focus operations
30 Mar 2026 07:30 CEST
Issuer
ARRIBATEC GROUP ASA
Oslo, 30 March 2026 – Arribatec Cloud AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arribatec
Group ASA (OSE: ARR), has completed a strategic reorganisation of its operations
to sharpen its focus on core growth areas: Sovereign Cloud with AI capabilities,
Modern Workplace, Cloud Infrastructure and AI-driven managed services.
The reorganisation is part of the company's strategic initiative to improve
operational efficiency, strengthen delivery capabilities and position Arribatec
Cloud for profitable growth.
Key measures
As part of the reorganisation, Arribatec Cloud has:
Entered into severance agreements with several employees whose roles are no
longer aligned with the company's strategic direction. The affected employees
have been offered fair and respectful transition packages.
Established partnerships with specialised vendors to deliver services that are
no longer part of Arribatec Cloud's core business. This allows the company to
maintain service continuity for customers while redirecting internal resources
towards higher-value activities.
Consolidated its organisation around three pillars: Managed Services (including
Sovereign Cloud with integrated AI capabilities, and Security & Compliance),
Consulting East (Modern Workplace and Logistics) and Consulting West (Azure,
Public Cloud and AI infrastructure).
Strategic rationale
Arribatec Cloud operates in a market that increasingly demands deep
specialisation in cloud infrastructure, sovereign data hosting, AI and
cybersecurity. The reorganisation enables the company to concentrate its
resources on the areas where it has the strongest competitive position,
strongest pipeline and thus greatest growth potential.
The company's Sovereign Cloud offering, Nasjonal Sky, has gained early traction
with several notable customers and represents a significant differentiator in
the Norwegian managed services market. With integrated AI capabilities on both
its sovereign cloud platform and Azure public cloud services, Arribatec Cloud is
positioned to deliver intelligent, data-sovereign solutions to compliance-driven
organisations. The reorganisation ensures that these initiatives receive the
dedicated focus and resources required to scale.
Financial impact
On an annualized basis the reorganisation is expected to deliver annual cost
savings of approximately NOK 7 million and will result in one-time restructuring
costs of approximately NOK 2.3 million, recognised in Q1 2026.
