Approval of prospectus for listing of bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs

Reference is made to the senior secured bonds issued by Performance Shipping
Inc. (the "Company") with ISIN NO0013607028 (the “Bonds”).
The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved, on 25 March 2026, a
listing prospectus for the admission to trading of the Bonds on Euronext Oslo
Børs. A link to the prospectus with appendices will be available on the website
of the Company: https://www.pshipping.com/.
The Company has applied for admission of the Bonds to trading on Euronext Oslo
Børs. Commencement of trading of the Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs is expected on
or about 1 April 2026.
