Annual Report 2025
2025 was an important year for Sentia. The Group was listed on the Oslo Stock
Exchange in June, delivered profitable growth, and further strengthened its
financial position.
-Over the past year, we have maintained high activity and strong execution
across the Group. At the same time, we have established a solid foundation for
Sentia's continued development, says Jan Jahren, CEO of Sentia.
The report provides an overview of Sentia's financial and operational
performance, sustainability efforts, and strategic priorities following the
establishment of the Group.
Highlights from 2025
· Sentia ASA was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in June 2025. Since the
listing, the share price has increased by 26 percent. The Board of Directors
proposes a dividend of NOK 5.50 per share for the 2025 financial year.
· Sentia reported revenues of NOK 11,772 million in 2025, an increase of 11.8
percent compared with 2024. Profit before tax was NOK 731 million (NOK 640
million). At year-end, the Group had a net positive financial position of NOK
4,135 million (NOK 3,765 million).
· HENT reported solid performance and high activity within large public and
institutional construction projects.
· Sentia Sweden delivered strong growth during the year.
New vision for the Group
Alongside the report, Sentia is launching its new vision: Building with
responsibility -- for people, society and future.
The vision clarifies the role Sentia aims to play going forward - as a company
that not only delivers high-quality projects, but also takes responsibility
for how buildings impact people, communities, and future generations.
-Building with responsibility has long been a guiding principle for the
companies in Sentia, in our projects, in our culture, and in the way we work.
With this vision, we bring that commitment together more clearly and establish
a shared direction for the entire Group. It is the foundation of what we do
today and what we will continue to do going forward, says Jahren.
