Grieg Seafood ASA: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Grieg Seafood ASA
("Grieg Seafood" or the "Company") on 25 February 2026 in connection with the
publication of the Company's Q4 2025 report, in which the Board of Directors
announced a decision in principle to distribute NOK 4 billion to the
shareholders. The Company is convening the extraordinary general meeting to
propose the distribution of an extraordinary dividend of NOK 35.63715 per
share, totalling approximately NOK 4 billion, based on an audited interim
balance sheet per 31 January 2026.

The extraordinary general meeting will be held on Friday, 17 April 2026, at
10:00 am (CEST) electronically.

In accordance with section 5-8 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability
Companies Act, the general meeting will be held as a virtual conference
meeting.
