Oslo, Norway --- An extraordinary general meeting of Elliptic Laboratories ASA
("Elliptic Labs" or the "Company") was held today on 27 March 2026 at 10:00
(CET). All items on the agenda were approved in accordance with the proposals
of the Board of Directors.
