HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has been awarded a collaborative development
agreement (Phase 1) for the development of Equinor's new headquarters at Forus
East. The project comprises approximately 100.000 sqm.
The project includes the refurbishment of existing office facilities for
Equinor, as well as the construction of new buildings connected to the current
office complex.
-We would like to sincerely thank Base Property and Forusbeen 50 AS for their
trust. HENT has delivered a number of major office redevelopment projects in
recent years, and we are now looking forward to collaborating with Base
Property's project organization, says Jan Jahren, CEO of Sentia.
The collaborative development agreement entails that Base Property and HENT,
together with Equinor, will work jointly to define the project's scope,
quality, timeline, and cost framework, prior to entering into a turnkey
contract for the execution of the construction and refurbishment works.
