Xplora Technologies AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by Xplora Technologies AS (the
"Company") on 19 March 2026 regarding the successful private placement of
2,884,615 new shares in the Company (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares in the
Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 190,948.048
divided into 47,737,012 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.004.

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of Euronext
Growth Oslo Rule Book -- Part II.
