Oslo, Norway - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company") on 26 March 2026 regarding the
registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of new
shares in connection with the private placement in the Company.
Today, following registration of the share capital increase, 2,884,615 shares
have been redelivered to Passesta AS, a closely associated company to the
Company's chairperson Tore Engebretsen, pursuant to the share lending
agreement entered into in connection with the private placement, as described
in the stock exchange announcements on 18 and 19 March 2026.
Notification of the redelivery of borrowed shares in accordance with the
Market Abuse Regulation article 19 is attached to this announcement.
