SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL): Minutes from meeting of Supervisory Board on 26 March 2026

On 26 March 2026, the Supervisory Board of SpareBank 1 Østlandet met in the
bank’s headquarters in Hamar.

Among other things, the Supervisory Board approved the annual accounts for 2025
and the distribution of profits, including dividends for equity capital
certificate holders, customer dividends, and gifts, authorized raising
subordinated capital and senior non-preferred debt, buybacks of equity
certificates, as well as selected elections for governing bodies.
