Konzmann Group Holding GmbH – Successful listing of bond issue

Konzmann Group Holding GmbH (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the
Bonds issued in the FRN Senior Secured EUR 150,000,000 bonds 2025/2030 with ISIN
NO0013683466 have been accepted for listing on the Nordic ABM, with effect from
26 March 2026. Attached is the Bond Terms, as well as the Admission Document and
Loan Description prepared in connection with the listing.
