Western Bulk establishes Steel Parcelling team in Antwerp

Western Bulk is pleased to announce the establishment of a new Parcelling team
in Antwerp, Belgium, as part of its continued expansion of niche capabilities
alongside its core bulk operations.

To lead this initiative, Western Bulk has hired Wesley Loeman and Renzo Van
Damme, an experienced team with strong track records and networks within steel
parcelling and related cargo segments in Atlantic.

The new desk builds on Western Bulk’s existing parcelling capabilities across
operations, support and chartering, completing the platform required to
re-engage in a segment where the company has historically held a strong
position. This move is also driven by a clear customer demand to re-engage in
steel and bagged cargo trades.

the parcelling business. Their experience fits well with our strategy of
building a diversified commercial platform, where specialist teams benefit from

The team will also collaborate closely with the Lumber & Projects team in
Bergen, with clear opportunities for commercial synergies in the European
market. Both teams will be fully operative from 1st of May.
