Observe Medical - Strengthens strategic position in India through an exclusive distribution agreement

Oslo, 25 March 2026 - Observe Medical ASA (the "Company" or "Observe Medical")
announces that its journey into the strategically important Indian market has
reached a new level through the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement
with a leading local partner. This replaces the previously announced LOI.

The partner is a historical distributor of UnoMeterT and brings deep market
knowledge, an established sales network, and strong relationships within the
Indian healthcare sector.

This agreement represents an important milestone in the Company's expansion
strategy in India, one of the largest and fastest-growing healthcare markets
globally. The partnership is expected to accelerate commercial activities and
further strengthen the Company's presence in the region.
