Måsøval AS - CEO steps down

Helge Kvalvik has resigned from his position as CEO of Måsøval AS ("Måsøval"
or the "Company"). By agreement with the Board of Directors, Kvalvik will
continue in his position until 30 June 2026, to ensure a smooth and orderly
transition.

"The Board of Directors greatly appreciates Helge Kvalvik's efforts and
valuable contributions to the development of Måsøval during his tenure as CEO,
and wishes him all the best going forward," says Chairman of the Board Lars
Måsøval.

"I have had three very rewarding and exciting years at Måsøval, but I now feel
it is the right time for me to seek new challenges. I would like to express my
gratitude to the Board and not least all the employees at Måsøval, and wish
them all the best going forward," says Helge Kvalvik.

Lars Måsøval has further informed the Board that he will be able to step in as
CEO and combine this with his role as Chairman of the Board for a period until
a new CEO is in place, should this become necessary and desired by the Board.
