Fjord Defence Group ASA - Fjord Defence AS receives order for vehicle mounts product series from a client in a NATO country

Oslo, 25 March 2026
Fjord Defence Group ASA is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary,
Fjord Defence AS, has secured a new order for its vehicle mounts product series.
The order is part of an existing frame agreement and has been placed by a
long-term client in a NATO country and has a total contract value of
approximately NOK 10 million. Delivery of the equipment is scheduled to take
place during 2026.
Fjord Defence AS’ CEO Harald Lunde comments: “Securing follow-up orders from
existing customers is a strong validation of the quality, innovation and user
focus that define our products. We are proud to support the defence capabilities
of our allies and look forward to delivering on time in 2026. This contract
further strengthens our order backlog and confirms the positive momentum we are
experiencing across the Group.
This order reflects the strong positive developments in the European and NATO
market for military vehicles, where record-high defence spending and accelerated
fleet modernisation programmes are driving demand growth for tactical vehicles,
armoured platforms and associated weapon-integration systems. With EU defence
expenditure reaching approximately €381 billion in 2025 and NATO members
continuing to prioritise land-force capabilities, the outlook for suppliers of
specialised vehicle equipment remains highly favourable.”
Fjord Defence AS is well positioned to benefit from this trend through its
lightweight, recoil-dampened skate mounts, which are specifically designed for
quick and stable integration of machine guns on logistic, patrol and
special-forces vehicles.
This order is in line with Fjord Defence Group ASA’s strategy to grow its
portfolio of niche defence suppliers through both organic growth and targeted
acquisitions.
