Hamilton, Bermuda, March 25, 2026 – Borr Drilling Limited (NYSE and Euronext
Growth Oslo: "BORR") (the "Company") has received trade notifications related to
the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company.

Drew Holding Ltd., a close associate of Mr. Tor Olav Trøim, Director of the
Company, has purchased 500,000 shares at an average price of USD 5.1958 per
share.

Mr. Jeffrey Currie, Director of the Company, has purchased 250,000 shares at an
average price of USD 5.31 per share.
