On 18 March 2026, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved the
prospectus prepared by NTI Group Holding A/S (the "Company") in connection with
its application for admission to trading and listing of the NTI Group Holding
ApS FRN senior secured EUR 300,000,000 bonds 2025/2030 with ISIN NO0013505834 on
