The 2025 Annual Report, which also includes the Sustainability statement for
2025, and Remuneration Report for Nordic Semiconductor ASA are enclosed.

The annual report in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) is also available
as an attachment to this release.

The Annual Accounts were approved by the Board of Directors March 23, 2026
without changes to the preliminary Annual Accounts published on February 5,
2026.

The Annual Report is also published on www.nordicsemi.com.
