Sober AS has on March 23, 2026, sold 202 929 shares in Bluenord ASA and,
following the transaction,
holds 1 168 944 shares, corresponding to 4.572% of the outstanding shares and
voting rights in the company.

The transaction was carried out as part of a minor portfolio adjustment. Sober
AS remains a long-term investor in the company.
