Hunter Group ASA - NOK 0.58 dividend declared

Oslo, 24 March 2026

With reference to the Company's press release as of 26 February 2026 (message
ID: 666896), the board of directors has declared a total dividend of NOK 0.58
per share where NOK 0.50 per share will be classified as repayment of capital
and NOK 0.08 per share will be classified as an ordinary dividend.
