Reference is made to the announcement by Compagnie Maritime Monegasque OSV B.V.
(the "Company") dated 10 March 2026 regarding the summons for a written
resolution for the Company’s 14.00% senior secured USD 60,000,000 bonds
2025/2029 (ISIN NO0013509034) (the "Bonds").

The proposal set out in the notice has been approved by the requisite majority
of bondholders. The proposal related to certain amendments to the terms of the
Bonds. The Bond Trustee is authorised to take the necessary steps to implement
the resolution.
