Vår Energi ASA: Notification of trade by primary insiders

Sandnes, Norway, 23 March 2026: Carl Anders Kjorling, employee representative to
the Board, and Anita Hommedal, Finn Volrat Pettersen and Mathieu Angeli, deputy
employee representatives to the Board in Vår Energi has sold a total of 31 098
shares in the company at an average price of NOK 48.22 per share. Further
details are provided in the attached MAR notification.
