Techstep ASA: Minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting

An extraordinary general meeting of Techstep ASA (the "Company") was held today,
Monday 23 March 2026 at 15:00 CET. The meeting was held as a physical meeting at
the Company's offices in Brynsalléen 4, 0667 Oslo, Norway. All items on the
agenda were approved by the general meeting in accordance with the proposals
made by the board, cf. the notice attached to the stock exchange release dated
27 February 2026.
