REBIRTH S.P.A. - Reduction of the stake in UMCI to focus on the core business Real Estate

Formello, 23 March 2026 – Rebirth S.p.A. (ISIN Code: IT0005460081 - Ticker: ALREB), a dynamic company, specialized in the development and management of real estate assets, listed on the Euronext Growth Paris market, announces that on 18 March 2026 it has completed the sale of part of its stake in UMCI, decreasing from 60% to 34.8% of the share capital.

The transaction is part of a broader strategic path aimed at strengthening the Group's focus on its core business in the Real Estate sector, an area in which Rebirth is concentrating resources, skills and investments to support the growth and development of its initiatives.

The sale, confirming the disciplined approach of the Group's capital management, did not generate losses as it was executed at the value of the original investment.

Following the transaction, Rebirth no longer holds control of UMCI Srl and, consequently, the company will no longer be part of the Group's consolidation perimeter.
