LINK Mobility: Disclosure of shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements regarding Link Mobility
Group Holding ASA’s (the "Company") share repurchase program. Following the
purchase of a total of 5,000,000 shares in connection with the share repurchase
program, the Company owns 15,501,558 own shares, corresponding to 5.07% of the
Company’s share capital. Own shares do not carry voting rights, and the
transactions do not affect the distribution of voting rights in the Company.

The disclosures set out in this announcement are subject to the disclosure
requirement pursuant to sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
