Extraordinary Income to be Booked in Q1

The bankruptcy of the company Energetic Source Green Power Srl (“ESGP”) has now
closed, and the final disbursements have been made to the creditors.
The EAM Group has received a one-off disbursement of EUR 770,000 (NOK 8.5m) as
part of the ESGP Bankruptcy closure. This amount will be booked as an
extraordinary income in the Q1 2026 accounts.
The Group’s operating revenue is expected to be approx. EUR 230k (NOK 2.5m) for
the quarter. The one-off disbursement will increase Q1 2026 revenues to approx.
EUR 1 million (NOK 11.1m).
The disbursement will increase expected pre-tax profit of the Group in Q1 2026
to approx. EUR 570k (NOK 6.3m).
