Bouvet ASA Status and completion of share buyback program

As announced on 3 March 2026, Bouvet ASA initiated a share buyback program of
up to 1,000,000 of the Company's own shares for use in its employee share
program.
The share buyback program has now been completed. During the period from 3
March 2026 through 23 March 2026, Bouvet ASA purchased a total of 1,000,000
shares at an average price of NOK 50.0955. A detailed overview of all
transactions carried out under the program is attached to this notice.
Following these transactions, the Company holds 1,437,585 treasury shares.
Bouvet hereby concludes its share buyback program for use in the Company's
employee share program.
