Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Aqua Bio Technology
ASA ("ABTEC" or the "Company") on 12 February 2026 regarding the agreement
with the sellers of Jetcarrier AS to convert NOK 50,000,000 of the currently
outstanding seller credit into new shares in the Company at the same
subscription price as in the private placement that was carried out by the
Company 12 February 2026 (the "Conversion"). Reference is further made to the
stock exchange announcement by the Company on 13 March 2026 regarding the
completion of the extraordinary general meeting in the Company. The general
meeting inter alia resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK
50,000,000 through the issuance of 10,000,000 new shares in connection with
the Conversion, each with a par value of NOK 5.00.
The share capital increase pertaining to the Conversion has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share
capital of ABTEC is NOK 76,139,675 divided by 15,227,935 shares, each with a
par value of NOK 5.00.
