Aqua Bio Technology ASA: Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Aqua Bio Technology ASA
("ABTEC" or the "Company") published on 23 March 2026 regarding the board's
resolution to issue 388,240 new shares in connection with the Subsequent
Offering.

Forza NO AS holds 3,096,473 shares in ABTEC, unchanged from its previous
disclosure. Following completion of the Subsequent Offering, Forza NO AS's
shareholding corresponds to 19.8% of the shares and votes in the Company, and
has therefore fallen below the 20% notifiable threshold.

The calculations in this notice are based on a total of 15,616,175 shares in
the Company following completion of the Subsequent Offering, and registration
of the new shares in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
