AF Gruppen ASA – New share capital registred

Oslo, 23 March 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by AF
Gruppen ASA (the "Company") on 18 March 2026 regarding the resolution to carry
out a capital increase in connection with the Company's employee option scheme.

The capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 5,683,572.25
divided into 113,671,445 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
