Yara publishes 2025 Annual Report

Yara has today published its 2025 Annual Report, including complete 2025 Annual
Accounts with notes.

The report is attached as a pdf file and in European Single Electronic Format
(ESEF). The report is also available on the company's website:

The 2025 Annual Report embeds the EU Taxonomy disclosure and Sustainability
Statements, prepared in accordance with the EU Corporate Sustainability
Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards
(ESRS).

The Remuneration report and the Country-by-country reporting are disclosed
