Veidekke: Transfer of shares to senior executives and key personnel in connection with the company's long-term bonus scheme

Veidekke ASA has on 20 March 2026 transferred a total of 45,991 shares to
employees under the company's long-term bonus program for senior executives for
the years 2023-2025. The shares were transferred at a price of NOK 165.43 per
share for Norwegian employees and NOK 178.60 per share for Swedish employees.
The shares are subject to a two-year lock-up period.
