Vår Energi ASA publishes the Annual Report for 2025

Sandnes, Norway?20?March 2026:?The Board of Directors of Vår Energi ASA (OSE:
VAR) has approved the financial statements for 2025 and the Company has today
published the Annual Report for 2025, including financial and sustainability
reporting.

The report attached has been made available on the
Company's website ?www.varenergi.no?in PDF and ESEF format, also including the
Company's Report on Remuneration of the Executive Management for 2025.

There are no changes to the basic financial statements compared with the
preliminary and unaudited results for 2025 as reported by Vår Energi on 10
February 2026.
