UMALIS GROUP: Favorable rulings in three URSSAF disputes – significant reduction in financial exposure

Paris, March 20, 2026 – Umalis Group (ALXP – FR0010889386) informs the market that three favorable judgments were issued on March 11, 2026 by the Nanterre Judicial Court in disputes between the Company and URSSAF (case references 18/01831, 18/02504, 19/02792).
These cases relate to a reduction in a reassessment notified in January 2018. At that time, the Company had just completed an eight-year period under French Young Innovative Company (JEI) status, which had been confirmed in 2013 through a favorable tax ruling.
The amounts initially claimed, totaling close to €2.0 million, would be reduced to approximately €173 thousand as a result of these decisions, representing a decrease of around €1.8 million, or nearly 89% of the amounts at stake.
According to the Company, these judgments notably uphold the validity of the treatment applied to certain settlement indemnities and also recognize the existence of procedural defects, in particular with regard to Article R.243-59 III of the French Social Security Code.
At this stage, and subject to any possible appeal, the Company is assessing the accounting and financial impact of these decisions in light of the applicable rules and the ongoing legal review.
Next financial release: 2025 annual results on April 30, 2026.
