Conditions for call satisfied

Småkraft AS notified on 9 March 2026 the bond trustee about exercising the Call
Option and redeeming all outstanding bonds under SMAKR02 ESG, following a
refinancing under an amended and restated senior secured facilities agreement.

All conditions for the Call Option have now been satisfied, and settlement is
scheduled to take place on 24 March 2026.
