Bruton Limited (BRUT) Strengthening of the Board of Directors

Bruton Limited (Euronext Growth Oslo: "BRUT") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Jens Martin Jensen and Mr. Christian Ness to its Board of
Directors.

"Both Jens Martin and Christian bring decades of experience in shipping and
finance to the Board as we are in process of building a world leading VLCC

Mr. Jens Martin Jensen brings over 40 years of experience in the global
shipping industry. His career includes various senior positions at Maersk, CEO
at Frontline Management, Head of shipping at New Fortress Energy, and
directorships of Golden Ocean, 2020 Bulkers Ltd, Frontline, Flex LNG, Avance
Gas, Premuda Shipping and ITOPF. He is currently the CEO of Athenian Sea
Carriers, a Greek based Shipping company within the K. Group. Mr. Jensen is a
Danish citizen and resides in Greece.

Mr. Christian Ness has built up Ness, Risan & Partners from 2000 to 2021, one
of Norway's leading project finance platforms, subsequently acquired by Swiss
Life. Prior to this, he served as CEO for Fearnley Finans for 11 years. Mr.
Ness is educated as a marine engineer at NTNU, is a Norwegian citizen and
resides in Norway.
