Sandnes, Norway, 19 March 2026: Deputy employee representative to the Board,
Jann Idar Dillern Johansen in Vår Energi has sold 18 946 shares in the company
at a average price of NOK 49.57 per share. Further details are provided in the
attached MAR notification. Following the transactions, Jann Idar Dillern
Johansen holds a total of 4 382 shares in Vår Energi ASA.
