Sandnes, Norway, 19 March 2026: Deputy employee representative to the Board,
Finn Volrat Pettersen in Vår Energi has sold 4 348 shares in the company at a
price of NOK 46.385 per share. Following the transaction, Finn Volrat Pettersen
holds a total of 16 479 shares in Vår Energi ASA.
