JDC Group AG – Temporary adjustment of interest rate

Wiesbaden, Germany, 19 March 2026: Reference is made to Euronext Oslo Børs'
decision on 17 March 2026 to admit JDC Group AG's bonds with ISIN NO0013618587
(the "Bonds") to trading on Euronext ABM, with the first day of trading being 18
March 2026.

In accordance with clause 8.2 (c) of the bond terms, the Bonds have accrued an
additional interest from but excluding 2 March 2026, to and including 17 March
2026. The additional interest of approximately 0.16667 will be paid to
bondholders as part of the interest payment on 28 May 2026.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section
3.2.2 of the ABM rules.
