Granhaug Industrier AS, a company owned by Tore Schiøtz (board member and
primary insider) and closely associated parties, has on 19 March 2026 purchased
200 000 shares in EQVA ASA at an average price of NOK 3,089 per share.

After the transaction, Granhaug Industrier AS owns 500 000 shares in EQVA ASA.
