has granted Pareto Securities AS a mandate to purchase shares limited to NOK
8,000,000 related to the bonus and employee share purchase program. The stock
exchange announcement stated that the shares would be purchased until
20/03/2026. The buy-back program commenced 03/02/2026. The buy-back program has
now been completed and the shares has been distributed to the employees. The
