Public Property Invest ASA buys back NOK 152 million bond maturing September 2028

Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has today bought back NOK 152 million of
the outstanding bond NO001364692, with a final maturity on 5 September 2025.
Nordea acted as Manager for the transaction.
