its securities on the US OTC market, as disclosed on January 23, 2026, has been
completed. The Company's shares remain listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

The decision follows a strategic review of the Company's securities trading
structure and is part of management's efforts to streamline operations and
optimize the use of the Company's resources.
The completion delivers substantial annual cost savings that significantly
outweigh any value gained from the minimal level of OTC trading activity. The
savings stem from reduced requirements for Directors and Officers insurance,
compliance functions, and reporting obligations specific to the US OTC market.
