related to the proposed ordinary cash dividend to be paid by the company.

· Total dividend amount: NOK 1.7 billion
· Dividend amount per share: NOK 3.60 per share
· Annual General Meeting (AGM): 16 April 2026
· Last day including right: 16 April 2026
· Ex-date: 17 April 2026
· Record date: 20 April 2026
· Payment date: 27 April 2026

Aker Solutions has a total of 492,167,089 outstanding shares, of
which6,911,906shares are held by Aker Solutions at the date hereof. Own shares
will not be entitled to the dividend.

The proposed distribution of the cash dividend is subject to approval by the AGM
of Aker Solutions ASA to be held on 16 April 2026.
