Aker Horizons ASA - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Aker Horizons ASA from
trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.10.2, Euronext
Oslo Børs has on 18. March 2026 made the following resolution: "The shares in
Aker Horizons ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of the 20. April
2026. The last day of trading will be 17. April 2026."
