Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend") today publishes a pre-silent newsletter as a
service for investors and analysts preparing for the Q1 2026 report. The report
will be published on 30 April 2026.

In addition, the newsletter includes information about volume trends for Vend's
verticals for January-February 2026.
