Sandnes, Norway, 16 March 2026: Deputy employee representative to the Board,
Trond Arvid Larsen in Vår Energi has sold 10 000 shares in the company at an
average price of NOK 41 per share. Further details are provided in the attached
MAR notification. Following the transactions, Trond Arvid Larsen holds a total
of 16 674 shares in Vår Energi ASA.
