Oslo, Norway, 16 March 2026 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement made by Thor Medical ASA (the "Company") on 13 March 2026 regarding
the registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of new
shares in connection with the exercise of options under the share option program
in the Company.

Today, following registration of the share capital increase, 4,041,666 shares
have been redelivered to Scatec Innovation AS pursuant to the Share Lending
Agreement entered into in connection with the cash-less exercise for the
options, as noted in the stock exchange announcement on 27 February 2026.

Reference is further made to the stock exchange announcements made by the
Company on 27 February and 2 March 2026 regarding respectively the exercise of
share options and the completed primary insider purchases after the option
exercise. The Company's CFO and COO, Brede Ellingsæter, has transferred all
shares acquired under the share option program to B Good Industries AS, where
Brede Ellingsæter is the chair of the board, a close associate of a primary
insider of the Company.

Notification of the redelivery and transfer of shares in accordance with the
Market Abuse Regulation article 19 is attached to this announcement.
