PPI has signed 12 years lease contract with the City of Gothenburg for newly built elderly care home

The City of Gothenburg has signed a new lease agreement for 7,070 sqm in a
newly built elderly care home in Gothenburg. The lease will commence in late
March 2026, has a duration of 12 years, and will replace an existing lease
arrangement with a private tenant.
