NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a rail contract in Sweden - SEK 61 million

The Swedish Transport Administration has appointed NRC Group Sverige AB, a
company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for track renewal in
Bräcke, within the area of the Mitt- and Ådalsbanan railway lines.

The contract is valued at approximately SEK 61 million, and will involve rail
services such as track, switches, electro and signal/telecom. The work will
commence in May 2026 and is scheduled for completion in October 2026.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and
formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
