hereby send the following notification on disclosure of large shareholdings in
Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA:

Reference is made to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-2 regarding
disclosure of large shareholdings.
Following a capital increase in the company, Skovgaard Capital ApS now holds
less than 10% of the company’s share capital and voting rights, through a total
of 31.836.901 shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA.

Skovgaard Capital ApS is indirectly controlled by Jørgen Skovgaard through the
following company:
JSkov Holding 2015 ApS (CVR-no. 37851574).

their affiliates have any further rights to shares or votes in Cloudberry.
